Situatieschets:
The Technology Enterprise Architect (TEA) will be working in one of the following 4 architecture domains: Cloud & Infra, Data & Integration, Information Security, Software Architecture. This depends on the relevant technology skill set and experience of the candidate.
The TEA will work mainly on the following 5 types of assignments:
(1) Architecture Development (AD), i.e., creating forward looking but practical technology architecture documents, e.g. Future State Architectures (FSA), architecture standards, architecture guidelines or policies.
(2) Architecture Control (AC), i.e., will collaborate with our stakeholders (e.g. solution engineers, product owners etc.) to ensure that the technical solution designs produced by them are aligned with our Bank's approved architecture standards and vision.
(3) Stakeholder management or communication, related to the AD or AC work described above.
(4) Technical assessments, evaluations, investigations, analysis required for AD or AC.
(5) Process improvements for our Architecture Governance, architecture capabilities or models.
· Completed architecture artefacts (FSA-s, standards, guidelines, technical reviews, analysis or evaluations etc.);
· Architecture Control artefacts that ensure compliance with our AC processes;
· Improvements to our enterprise architecture practice;
· Guidance and advice to our stakeholders in technology architecture matters.
Eisen waaraan je moet voldoen
· Previous experience in enterprise architecture roles or similar, e.g., strategic technical consulting, solution architecture;
· Ability to navigate between architecture model-driven, conceptual thinking and technical solution level details (required by our stakeholders);
· Very strong overall technical knowledge across multiple domains, platforms, technologies, paradigms;
· Deep technical expertise in one or more areas specific for the Technology Architecture role the candidate is applying for. E.g.: cloud & infrastructure, information security, data & integration, application or software architecture;
· For cloud technology, we strongly prefer MS Azure; AWS expertise is also useful;
· Banking or financial industry experience is useful, but not a must-have requirement;
· Very strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills;
· Advanced hands-on expertise with MS Powerpoint; we require our enterprise architects to produce high quality, strategic consultancy level powerpoint presentations.

Deze Technology Architect kan alleen aangenomen worden als hij extreem technisch is in het domein waarin hij wordt aangenomen.
Niet alleen high level, maar ook diep technisch is een must.
De organisatie zit in een migratie naar Azure. Kennis van Azure is essentieel.
Ervaring in grote omgevingen is een must.
